True Confessions from the Ninth Concession: August 14, 2019

Playing to sold-out houses in Ontario, Dan Needles and Ian Bell are well-loved entertainers: Dan as a speaker and story-teller, and Ian as an instrumentalist and singer/songwriter.

Author of the famous Wingfield Farms stories about life away from the city, and well-known as a speaker at conferences and banquets across the country, Dan makes us laugh about the old rural community and the way it meets the modern world. Dan is coming to Kincardine with Ian to perform “True Confessions from the Ninth Concession”, a loving and humorous look at rural life in story and song.

Ian Bell has performed across Canada and in the United States since the late 1970s On his own and with a number of different ensembles, he has appeared at numerous folk festivals  and in concerts and dances in venues ranging from The Lincoln Center to the finest Ontario barns.
