MARC PIERRE TOTH  is back by popular demand Friday October 18, at the Kincardine United Church, to continue his Beethoven Cycle.  As he travels on his 2019 Canadian Tour, he will bring his exciting concert “BEETHOVEN SONATA REVOLUTION” to Kincardine, featuring Sonatas Op.13 Pathetique and Op. 106 Hammerklavier plus many more!

Why do so many people return every year to attend Marc’s performances?
Not only is he a fabulous concert pianist, but he explains the music and describes the lives and histories of the times in a knowledgeable and witty manner.
He brings audiences closer to Great Classical Music in at least 5 languages to date, and has performed in more than 30 countries.

He is the Artistic Director of the “Music for a Better World” Benefit Concert Series in Frankfurt which supports organizations such as Greenpeace and Amnesty International among numerous others.

Currently on Faculty at the Dr Hochs Conservatory in Frankfurt, Germany, and the Accademia del Ridotto in Stradella, Italy, he holds multiple degrees from the University of Toronto, the Royal Conservatory, and the Hannover Hochschule among others.
Marc has appeared with diverse orchestras and in recitals as a soloist and
chamber musician in both North and South America, Japan and Europe and has recently been invited to Germany, Italy and Russia, Thailand, Japan and China. He has also served as guest professor and lecturer for master-classes at Universities in Canada, China, South America and Europe.
