FREE! ROBBIE ANTONE BLUES: TUESDAY AUGUST 13, 4:00 PM

From the Oneida Nation of the Thames near London, Ontario, Robbie Antone is steadily becoming one of Canada’s top harp players. Robbie honed his skills jamming with Blues Legends such as Jeff Healy, Billy Branch, Bryan Lee, Mel Brown, Dutch Mason, Harrison Kennedy, Little Milton and many others.

Robbie ‘s band Robbie Antone’s Blues Machine recorded 1st and 2nd CD’s at Liquid Toronto with acclaimed musician and producer Alec Fraser, and Robbie has also done session work at Fanshawe Studio with music icon Jack Richardson at the helm.

Robbie has been featured on TV shows Buffalo Tracks and Rez Blues Season 2 airing on APTN, BRAVO and SUN TV.

Native artists that Robbie jammed with while taping shows include Derrek Miller, Murray Porter, Keith Secola, Pappy Johns Band, Texas Meltdown, Mark Laforme, Pura Fe and Dalannah Gail Bowen.

This performance is part of the free KSMF “4 O’Clock in the Park” concert series in Victoria Park, generously supported by the Municipality of Kincardine.
