Strings – Beginning

Beginning String

Ages: 7 and older

A fun, relaxed introduction to string playing for students with no background in string instruments.

Students need to bring their own instrument or rent one.
No previous musical experience is necessary!
Are you an adult wishing to learn?  No problem.  We have adult beginning classes.

Daily outreach performances by professional musicians from the KSMF Evening Concert Series.

Performance in the Grand Finale Student Showcase concert.

As part of their registration fee, KSMF students receive tickets to the world-class Evening Concerts performed during the week of their program.

Students age 11 and younger are automatically enrolled in the KSMF supervised recreation program.
